This writ petition was filed challenging the appointment of the 3rd respondent as the dealer of a retail outlet. 2.
When the matter came up for hearing on 08.06.2022, this Court passed the following order :- This writ petition has been filed challenging the retail dealership granted in favour of the 3rd respondent. No counter affidavit has been filed by the 1st and 2nd respondents. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent seeks sometime to take instructions continues to run the retail outlet in the same place.
2. Post this case for final hearing on 23.06.2022. In the meantime, the 1st and 2nd respondents shall file the counter affidavit. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent shall also ascertain the factual position. 2/4

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Indian Oil Corporation submitted that dealership that was given in favour of the 3rd respondent was terminated on 19.05.2008.
