W.M.P.No.12165 of 2016 in W.P.No.1796 of 2013 M.SUNDAR. J,

1. This petition has been taken out with a prayer to implead the proposed respondent namely, M.Mariathiruthuvam as fourth respondent in the main writ petition.

2. Perused the affidavit filed in support of the implead petition. Counsel for proposed fourth respondent says that he has no objection for such impleadment.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader also says that he has no objection to the impleadment being allowed.

4. Implead petition is allowed.
