Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent made in P&D/4647/2000-01 dated 09/12/2000 and consiquential order passed by the 2nd respondent made in P&D/5267 dated 22/01/2001 and the same was confirmed by the third respondent / Reviewing authority order dated 05.07.2003 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with attendant benefits.
