ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The present petition is filed by the petitioner praying this Court to grant anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest by the respondent police in relation to Crime No.31/2019 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petiitoner would submit that due to ill health, the petitioner could not comply with earlier directions of this Court, hence he prays this Court to extend the time for complying with the direction issued in Crl. O.P. No.755/2020.

3. A perusal of the records reveal that this is the third in the series of anticipatory bail applications moved by the petitioner. Even as early as on 14.11.2019, in Crl. O.P. No.28821/2019, prayer was made to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition for anticipatory bail, which was acceded to by this Court and, accordingly, the same was dismissed as withdrawn. Subsequently, in Crl. O.P. No.755/2020, which was filed for anticipatory bail, on 13.01.2020, prayer was made to permit the petitioner tobe enlarged on bail, and the same was ordered and the petitioner received the copies on 22.01.2020 but he was unable to execute sureties due to ill health and thereby on the expiry of the fifteen days period, without complying with the above said order, once again, the present third round of petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there is no question of granting another anticipatory bail application. However, a further period of fifteen days is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of a copy of this order being made ready, to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted, shall stand automatically dismissed.

5.Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the above direction.
