Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent made in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.C1/26881/2004 dated 27.09.2005 and quash the same and forbear the respondent from resorting to recovery of any amount from the petitioner or taking any punitive action for non collection of any arrears of professional Tax. O R D E R
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that, he had already withdrawn the connected Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.39185, 39187 and 39188 of 2005. He sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition in W.P.No.39186 of 2005 and he has sent a Memo to the Registry to that effect.
2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
