This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.31278 of 2022 on 21.12.2022 to report before the respondent police station daily at 5:30 p.m., for a period of two months.

2 .The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., till the filing of the final report.
