O R D E R

The prayer in this writ petition to issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the proceedings in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.12047/04/A.2 dated 19.07.2005 of the second respondent and G.O.Ms.No.157, dated 08.04.2005, on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for Respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the appointment of the private respondents as committee members has been challenged in this Writ petition and the term has already expired.

4. In the light of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
