This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21.11.2024 passed by the the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-IV, George Town, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.13509 of 2024 in S.T.C.No.2705 of 2022, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to issue summons to the Branch Manager of Indian Bank,
Washermanpet Branch as witness.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition.

In view of the above submissions, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
