This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.05.2016.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. No representation for the petitioner on 13.06.2016, 11.07.2016 and today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has not given any complaint, but his father Mr.Venugopal has given a complaint, based on which, a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.302 of 2016 by the 1st respondent Police and after recording the statement of both parties, enquiry has been closed, since the said Venugopal has withdrawn the complaint. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also produced copy of the records.
