There was no representation for the petitioner on earlier occasion on 28.02.2025. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the case under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing none appears on behalf of the petitioner. It is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.
