ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.3.2018, wherein the petitioner has sought permission to allot a place to run the canteen in the Collectorate. The petitioner cannot come to this Court seeking a mandamus to allot him a place for running the canteen in the Collectorate, unless there is an official notification issued by the District Collector or any other competent authority inviting applications from the eligible persons to apply and take part in the selection process. Since there is no such notification issued by either the District Collector or any other competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
