This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate Court No.I, Allikulam, Chennai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.7075/2018 and complete the same within a stipulated time. 2.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate Court No.I, Allikulam, Chennai, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.7075/2018 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
