ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Milk Vendor in the third respondent Society.

2. On 12.02.2025, this Court had passed the following order:-

"Notice to the 3rd and 4th respondents through Court as well as privately, returnable by 07.03.2025.

The petitioner is directed to go over to the office of the second respondent and give a representation in person to the second respondent seeking reinstatement and the 2nd respondent may call for remarks from the 3rd and 4th respondents and pass appropriate orders and inform to this Court.

List the matter on 07.03.2025."

3. Today, the learned counsel for the respondents forwarded instructions which had been received by him stating that the petitioner had actually been reinstated into service.

4. No further orders are required. The Writ Petition stands disposed

of. No order as to costs.
