Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the fourth respondent in his proceedings dated 11.06.2013 made in No.CME/R2/1919/2010/MEE and quash the same.

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent-Port Trust, made a submission that all the canteen employees previously under the control of the Cooperative Societies, now became the employees of the respondent-Port Trust and therefore, the relief, as such, sought for in the present writ petition lost its relevance. Thus, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.
