2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 1st petitioner and his wife, the respondent herein have reunited and they are living together. A joint affidavit has also been filed to that effect.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent and her son are tested COVID Positive and their personal appearance is not possible. However, it is requested that the joint affidavit is filed in this regard may be recorded.

4. Taking into consideration of the filing of the joint affidavit by the 1st petitioner and the respondent and also the submission of the learned counsel for both sides, the joint affidavit is recorded.
