This revision petition is directed against the dismissal order of the private complaint filed by the revision petitioner against the respondents 1 to 5.

2. On receipt of notice, respondents 1 to 4 have engaged a counsel Mr.R.Munusamy and Mr.E.Prabu. Despite permission to take private notice to the 5th respondent, the Inspector of Police, Minjur Police Station, Thiruvallur District, the revision petitioner has not taken any steps to effect service on the 5th respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on the earlier occasions, there was no representation for the revision petitioner. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the revision petitioner.
