The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that originally, the said Writ Petition was allowed and as against the same, the State had filed W.A.No.1863 of 2021 and the Writ Appeal was allowed and the Writ Petition stood dismissed.

2. Therefore, the matter is already disposed of and is wrongly listed and accordingly, recording the fact that it is already dismissed, the same is deleted from the list.
