ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that after completion of trial, in this case, the petitioner was convicted for the offence under Section 379 IPC and sentenced him to under go 6 months R.I.

2. In the said circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
