Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

2.Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has got serious objections in allowing the above petition.

3.Learned counsel for the 1st petitioner would aver that due to financial constraints, a delay of 365 days has occurred in filing the above CMA.SR.

No.3265 of 2024.

4.In light of the above, this condone delay petition is ordered. The petitioner is waived from paying the interest for the delay period of 365 days.

5.Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.15715 of 2024 and post it for Admission in regular course, if the papers are otherwise in order.
