This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 22.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.28466 of 2023 to report before the Judicial Magistrate, Vazhapadi Salem District everyday at 10.30 a.m., till date of committal and thereafter appear before the concerned Sessions Court everyday at 10.30 a.m., to which the case is committed.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court during Court hearing dates.
