PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 CPC R/w 25 of the Tamilnadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 1960, to set aside the order dated 05.03.2020 made in E.P.No.389 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.2179 of 2004 on the file of the learned X Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

The prayer sought for in the present revision petition is to set aside the order dated 05.03.2020 made in E.P.No.389 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.2179 of 2004 on the file of the learned X Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that already the possession taken. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
