Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the criminal case in C.C.No.2 of 2021 was ended in conviction against the petitioner.

Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) stating that the criminal case in C.C.No. 2 of 2021 ended in conviction as against the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
