ORDER
In the previous hearing on 09.12.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is withdrawing the vakalth filed on behalf of the petitioner and to that effect, a Memo, dated 09.12.2019 was filed. This Court had also directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list on the next hearing date. However, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Therefore, it can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
