When the case was taken up for hearing on several occasions viz., 30.03.2022, 07.04.2022 there was no representation for the petitioner, therefore, it was directed to be listed on 11.04.2022 under the caption 'for dismissal'.
2. Today, the matter was called twice, however, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
