ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings dated 01.12.2023 passed by the 1 st respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the disciplinary proceedings has been concluded as against the petitioner on 12.03.2024 and punishment order dated 22.03.2024 has been issued and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
