(CRIME NO.283/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for two weeks for executing the sureties as per the order of this Honble Court made in Crl.O.P.No.18525/2021 dated 04.10.2021 and pass such further or other orders as it may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.GOPALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18525 of 2021 dated 04.10.2021 for executing the bail bond.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to health issue, this petitioner could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
