ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the third respondent to dispose the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983 on 29.09.2024.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, it had been stated that the petitioner had claimed that the promotion given to R-6 as Assistant Secretary on 16.08.2024 was irregular. The petitioner had preferred a Revision under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983. By this Writ Petition, he seeks disposal of the Revision.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader Mr. S.Ravi Kumar, forwarded instructions wherein it had been stated that the enquiry has been conducted on 27.02.225 and the petitioner had also participated and had also given his statement,a copy of which had been also forwarded to the Court.

4. In view of the fact that the Revision is under active consideration of the third respondent, a direction is given that the same shall be disposed

of within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
