Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records leading to the opening of technical bids and issuance of the Tender Summary Reports dated 07.01.2026 as on 26.01.2026 for Tender ID 2025_MORTH_888225_1 in connection with Tender Notice No.18/2025-26/HDO/NH dated 03.12.2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same insofar as it rejects the petitioner's technical bid, and to consequently direct the 2nd respondent to qualify the petitioner in the technical bids and include the petitioner's name in the Tender Summary Report dated 07.01.2026.

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To call for the records leading to the opening of technical bids and issuance of the Tender Summary Reports dated 07.01.2026 as on 26.01.2026 for Tender ID 2025_MORTH_888225_1 in connection with Tender Notice No.18/2025-26/HDO/NH dated 03.12.2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same insofar as it rejects the petitioner's technical bid, and to consequently direct the 2nd respondent to qualify the petitioner in the technical bids and include the petitioner's name in the Tender Summary Report dated 07.01.2026."
2. Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced a status report stating that a work order has already been issued on 29.01.2026 and the remedy available to the petitioner is only to file an appeal.
