ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register FIR against the persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 30.10.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 30.10.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No. 135 of 2015 was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
