JUDGMENT

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the first accused to call for the records in C.A.No.38 of 2008, dated 21.12.2009, on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, convicting the petitioner under Section 307 of IPC and confirming the conviction in S.C.No.179 of 2007, on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Hosur, by modifying the sentence to three years Rigorous Imprisonment and to set aside the same.
