Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent pertaining to the order made in G.O.Ms.No.175 Home(Transport-VI) dated 01.03.2005 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 16.03.2005 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to publish fresh draft supplementary agreement by including the route of the petitioner namely Mettur to Maddur via Kolathoor, Palar, MM Hills, Gowdalli, Anur, Kollegal, T.Narasipur, Mysore, Srirangaptna and Malavlli found in the minutes of the meeting held on 14.11.1994 in between both the Governments and then finalise the same in accordance with law.

The petitioner has filed a writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent relating to G.O.Ms.No.175, Home (Transport-VI) Department, dated 01.03.2005 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 16.03.2005 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to publish fresh draft supplementary agreement by including the route of the petitioner namely Mettur to Maddur via Kolathoor, Palar, MM Hills, Gowdalli, Anur, Kollegal, T.Narasipur, Mysore, Srirangaptna and Malavlli found in the minutes of the meeting held on 14.11.1994 in between both the Governments and then finalise the same in accordance with law.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that the petitioner's name has already been included in the interstate agreement. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands closed.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
