..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent's G.O.Ms.No.486, Revenue (Ni.Mw.2), Department dated 01.11.2004 and quash the same as illegal and further direct the third respondent, the Thasildar, Fort-Tondiarpet, Chennai 21 to forbear the petitioner from enforcing his letter Aa2/13375/2005, dated 08.07.2005.
