The matter is heard through "Video Conference".

2. When the case was listed on 19.04.2021, there was no representation for the revision petitioner. Hence, it was posted again on 14.06.2021, on that day also, there was no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the revision petitioner returnable in six weeks and served.

3. When the case is called for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. The case of the prosecution is that the accused attempted to unveil the knot of the sheep from the cage. Suspension of sentence already granted by this Court vide order dated 26.02.2015.

5. Taking into consideration, this Court as revision Court, can interfere with the verdict of the lower Courts, only if the findings of the lower Court is perverse. However, on perusing the evidence and findings therefore, it cannot be termed as perverse.

6. In this view of the matter, the criminal revision case is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
