When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous.
2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. The petitioner college is directed to return all the original certificates to the students who studied in
the petitioner institution at that relevant point of time so as to enable them to pursue their higher studies. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
