This petition is filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking to condone the delay of 54 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Mr.S. Yashwanth, learned Additonal Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of respondents 1and 2 and Mr.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent. They would submit that they have no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

Notice to respondents 4 to 19 is dispensed with as they are formal parties and no relief is sought against them.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
