This application has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the sole defendant/respondents herein as defendants 2 to 4 in C.S.No.533 of 2016.

3. Today when the application is taken up for hearing, one Mrs.G.Latha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the proposed defendants submitted that proposed defendants are not having any objections for allowing this application.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel, this application is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and print the name of Mrs.G.Latha as counsel for D1 to D3 in the cause list.

6. Post the matter on 01.04.2021.
