ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the report submitted by the respondent police before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tambaram in Crl.M.P.No.326 of 2019 and direct the second respondent police to register the F.I.R on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.09.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
