..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents their men or agents or persons claiming through them from interfering with my brick kiln business at S.F.No.14/1 and 14/2 in Mettunasuvampalayam Village, Erode Taluk and District without following due process of law by considering my representation dated 28.04.2010.
