2. Mr.S.P.Yuaraj, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the first respondent and has not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition. Since the second respondent has remained exparte before the Tribunal, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for in CMP.No.16026 of 2021.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 21.10.2021.
