O R D E R

This revision petition is pending from the year 2011. It appears that the second respondent died long back and her legal heirs are already brought on record. However, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner stated that the 2nd respondent died and he is not able to say when the 2nd respondent died. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that he came to understand that the revision petitioner is died and the same is not disputed by the counsel for the revision petitioner.

2. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. The connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
