Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, dated 10.10.2013, the writ petition was transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai. Subsequently, the said application was dismissed as withdrawn. Thereafter, the petitioner was appointed as Primary School Teacher in the Education department.

2. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs. Connected application is also closed.
