2.This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.3.2014 and direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to participate in their official capacity in the festival, scheduled to be held on 9.4.2014, in Shri Panchallamman Temple, Marusur Village, Araiyalam Post, Arni Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.
3. It has been stated that the temple festival called, "Akkini Vasantha Mahotsavam" was scheduled to be conducted, in Shri Panchallamman Temple, Marusur Village, from 30.03.2014 to 21.04.2014.
4. The main grievance of the petitioner is that, he had not been invited to participate in the said festival and therefore, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

In such circumstances, the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, it is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed. rnb Sd/- Asst.Registrar /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar To 1.The District Collector Tiruvannamalai District Tiruvannamalai.
