Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 20.07.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.10781 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered with cost and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees

Ten Thousand only) each, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Perambalur, as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 5,000/-[Rupees Five thousand only] to the Good Convent Social Service, Society Reg No.55/1959, Corporation Bank, Nungambakkam, Chennai, A/c.No.520101001284955, IFSC.No. CORP0000577. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
