This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.182 of 2018, on the file of first respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Sozhatharam Police Station, Cuddalore District, in so far as this Petitioner is concerned.

2.Today (07.03.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

case has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the Jurisdiction Magistrate and it has been taken for hearing in C.C.No.85 of 2019.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
