This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to implement the order of the 3rd respondent dated 29.09.2011 and order of the 1st respondent dated 04.10.2011.

2.According to learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the order of the 3rd respondent dated 29.09.2011 was challenged before the Joint Commissioner, Salem and by the order dated 22.08.2012, the Joint Commissioner, Salem granted interim stay of that order. In the earlier Writ Petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.23882 of 2011 challenging the order dated 04.10.2011 of the 1st respondent, this Court by the order dated 11.06.2012 allowed the Writ Petition and order of stay was set aside. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that after the order passed in W.P.No.23882 of 2011, the petitioner is conducting poojas and in view of the same nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
