ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioners representation dated 26.11.2022 to take action against the 4th respondent herein.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the 4th respondent is the President and she has committed serious misappropriation. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation on 26.11.2022 which is not considered. Hence, the present petition.

3. Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

3. As a matter of right the petitioner cannot seek such direction. If any irregularities are noticed, it is for the District Collector to conduct proper enquiry as per law.
