ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against fair and decreetal order dated 31.01.2017 passed in I.A.No.173 of 2017 in O.S.No.227 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurantagam.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the civil revision petition is filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.173 of 2017. The suit decreed exparte and the present suit in O.S.No.227 of 2015 is not pending. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
