The instant writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings No.A1/19417/2010 dated 31.03.2010 and Quash the same, insofar as the petitioner is concerned, and direct the respondents to retain the petitioner to continue in Coimbatore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous, and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition, and this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
