JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the writ appeal with liberty to challenge the election notification dated 07.01.2022 along with the regulations. In view of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.3342 of 2022 is closed.
