Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 19.10.2021 in respect of the property in Survey No.308/1B1 in Patta No.2368 at MevalurkuppamB-revenue village (Chettipadu Village) Sriperumbudur Taluk, to the total extent of 65 1⁄2 cents or 28558 Sq.ft., on the petitioner's sale agreement dated 24.07.2019 bearing registration Nos.5528 of 2019, 5524 of 2019, 5525 of 2019 and 5526 of 2019, 5527 of 2019 and maintain Patta in the petitioner's vendor's namely G.Ethiraj.
